Our centre focus on physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing treatment and medical care for all adults, elderly and needy.
TPSCHCC Rehab Therapy programme includes Neuro, Musculoskeletal and Cardiopulmonary rehab. We attend to various conditions like stroke, parkinson's disease, muscular dystrophy, total hip / knee replacement, frozen shoulder, arthritis, tendonitis, back pain, heart bypass and etc.
Clients are assessed by our healthcare professionals and the individual rehab therapy programme is tailored to maximize their potential recovery capability. A periodic reassessment is scheduled to track improvement. Our outcome assessment tools include MAS, Bartel Index, Tinetti Test and ECAQ.
TPSCHCC has a team of dedicated nursing staff includes Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse and Healthcare Assistants. We provide nursing treatment such as wound dressing, tube feeding, insertion of feeding tube and catheters, administration of medication, drip therapy, oxygen therapy, diabetes care, glucose check and etc.
